A new Wine and Food experience has been designed to leverage the region’s natural competitive advantage whilst enhancing local community pride in the wine and food of the region alongside the Marlborough lifestyle. This project aims to increase visitation, provide a local experience and offer conference and function facilities to create demand for a hotel. The proposed concept is for a Marlborough wine and food-focused information centre that will enable an immersive experience providing information in an engaging way about the region to both domestic and international visitors.
